I have to admit that I don’t understand the show Mad Men. In fairness, I haven’t watched it from the beginning, so that definitely might have something to do with it.

I’ve really done my best though to watch a few shows here and there, but I cannot seem to get into it. I want to; I feel like I’m missing out on something the way everyone talks about the show. I think I might have to start from the beginning to really grasp the entire concept, but I will say this—their wardrobes alone are almost enough of a reason to watch. I would absolutely die to be able to dress like those women every day. I guess in theory I could, but putting together all of those outfits would be a little difficult, I think. I’d have to shop at a lot of vintage stores to pick up all the pieces and I’m sure a lot of them would not be cheap. For now I’ll have to stick with my existing wardrobe, but I can definitely dream of tailored pencil skirts and embellished cardigans, right?
